The community portal site “DC Inside” conducted a survey on the subject “Who is the most anticipated ‘Acting Idol’ in dramas of 2011?” from December 28, 2010 to January 4, 2011.

Super Junior’s Sungmin received 1385 of the total 6112 votes (22.7%) to come in 3rd after Dong Bang Shin Ki’s U-Know Yunho and Max Changmin. Currently acting in the KBS2TV Wed-Thu drama “President”, Sungmin accumlated his acting experience as child actor to Kim Chanwoo in the drama “Sisters Of The Sea” before his debut.

Sungmin, whose acting activities centered mainly on musicals after his debut, has received favourable reviews for his role as a character with the same name, Jang Sungmin, in “President”.

Recently starring in the MBC Sunday entertainment show ‘Oppa Band’, ‘little chick’ Sungmin’s popularity has risen quickly, Sungmin accepted a media interview at a coffee shop in Korea on the morning of the 7th.

Part 1: ‘Working Out For Sunny To See?’

In fact, before debut, I didn’t think that I was suitable to be an entertainer. I’m not good at expressing myself, I haven’t been to a nightclub so far. It’s not I don’t have chance to do so, I just don’t know what to do after going there, I don’t smoke, I don’t drink either.

Super Junior,Sungmin answer about rumor dating with SNSD Sunny

Super Junior member, Sung Min was on the 22nd July episode of MBC Radio Star corner where he clarified that he was just good friends with SNSD's Sunny.

Sung Min was on Radio Star together with his fellow band mates from Oppa Band, which is showing every Sunday through MBC Sunday Sunday Night. MC Kim Gura asked Sung Min during the broadcast, "Are you dating Sunny (SNSD)?", to which Sung Min replied, "We only became closer after hosting a radio program together", and stressed that they were only good working colleagues. On the show MBC “Golden fishery – Radio star” which was aired on July 15th, the guests are “Oppa band” members : Tak Jaehoon, Shin Dongyup, Yoo Youngseok, Sungmin, Jungmo. MC Kim Gura said “There are 3 MCs that had married : Shin Dongyup, Nam Heeseok, Tak Jaehoon” and “their wives are PD, dentist, rich family’s daughter” and asked among them, who is your ideal girl type, Jungmo said “It’s a dentist. Super Junior SungMin has injured his knee.

He had fell down during the rehearsal for KBS 2TV Music Bank on 26th June and had hurt his knees.

A staff revealed that SungMin was helped offstage after the accident. A SM representative also added, “He was sent to the hospital for stitching after the accident.”

But even though he is injured, SungMin will still be performing on stage tonight on Music Bank. The SM representative said, “SungMin wanted very much to perform. So he will still be performing tonight as planned.”

Meanwhile, there will be loads of special and combeack staged lined up tonight for KBS Music Bank.

Recently having their comeback with their 3rd album ‘Sorry Sorry’ after 2 year and 6 months, group Super Junior members KangIn and SungMin will appear on SBS ‘Close Note’.

The 2 had wanted to overcome the awkward relationship between them. Member HanKyung provided, “The 2 are really awkward. Normally when the 2 meet, they will greet each other and their expressions will change completely.”

Also member HeeChul said, “You would see KangIn and SungMin alone with each other. Their personalities are very different. KangIn is more on the manly side while SungMin is more delicate, timid and more feminine (?). Their relationship is like water and oil.”

Popular group Super Junior have appeared on SBS Power FM (107.7Mhz) "Choi Hwajung's power time" and revealed the special habit of Yesung.

On the corner "Big star special show", Choi Hwajung had asked Super Junior's Kangin, Yesung, Donghae, Shiwon, Sungmin, Ryeowook, Kyuhyun about their funny habits and they said "Yesung likes touching the other members' cheek a lot, especially touching the philtrum when they are sleeping"

Yesung said "My hands are small & beautifull so If you touch it, you will feel moist like a girl's hands" and "I havent touched since last one year". The other members said "Yesung's hand is extremely moist that it doesnt only become very wet but also made magnae Kyuhyun's skin become bad because he touched his cheek a lot". After that, DJ Choi Hwajung asked "Did you get infected by the touch of hand, didnt you ?" and made everybody burst out laughing.

Also, when were asked which member is often cheated/fooled beause of stupid, they said it was Donghae because he is pure, innocent and has a lot of emotion.
