B2ST Maknae Dongwoon was accepted in Konkuk University

Earlier, we announced that B2ST’s maknae Son Dongwoon was accepted in Konkuk University as an image and film major. Now it’s been revealed that he’ll be joined by actor Lee Jong Suk (22), who is also aiming for a film degree.

According to Lee Jong Suk’s agency on the 31st, he took his qualification exams back in November and received news of his acceptance. Despite the tough competition for the department, he was able to surpass others during the regular application period.

A representative of the agency said, “Lee Jong Suk who has a passion for acting like no other, has prepared himself through his activities. He’ll take intense film-related courses.”

It was also revealed by his ageny that the star has been receiving endless phone calls of congratulations for his acceptance into Konkuk University since the news went public.

Lee Jong Suk garnered everyone’s attention by playing the role of genius composer ‘Sun’ in the recently-ended drama, “Secret Garden.” He is currently looking over scripts for his next role.

BEAST Dongwoon failed his driving test

Recently, BEAST’s Yong Junhyung revealed that he had passed the written examination portion of the driving test and was looking forward to taking the road test. However, his groupmate Son Dongwoon, born in 1991, did not have such luck.

Today, Dongwoon tweeted: “Everyone, I failed my driving test. I didn’t even get to finish the course. I was disqualified. Make fun of me all you want, passion makes me want to drive. Ah.. Ah………”

During a road test, a student can be automatically disqualified by disobeying a sign or signal, driving at a dangerous speed, or executing a dangerous maneuver while driving.

However, MBLAQ’s Mir seems to think differently. He responded, “puhahahaha!!! I told you let’s go together. You got disqualified because you betrayed me keke.”

BEAST’s Yoon Doojoon and Son Dongwoon will be release the digital single album 'My Story'

BEAST’s Yoon Doojoon and Son Dongwoon have appeared as the first duet unit.

At 5PM KST on the 21st, BEAST will be releasing the first song in the series of 3 duet songs and the full song version of ‘Lights Go On Again’ with the first track ‘When the Door Closes’ a part of the digital single album ‘My Story’.

‘When the Door Closes’ has a sad melody line along with Yoon Doojoon and Son Dongwoon’s melting voice. Like the concert stage where the two men played the piano on the stage together, it plans to give that many emotions to the listeners as well.

Before that at 11AM KST, BEAST will be revealing the teaser clip for ‘When the Door Closes’ via their official fan café and their official youtube channel. The video will contain the clips of them participating in the composing process.
