Davichi Kang MinKyung has met with a car accident.

On 11th March at 11pm, it was known that Kang MinKyung has met with a car accident on her way home after doing album recordings.

During the accident, Kang MinKyung was driving the car and fortunately she did not suffer from any major injuries. According to Davichi’s company on 12th March, “Fortunately she did not suffer from any major injuries, we don’t know if there is any after effects and hence we sent her to the hospital for health examination on 12th March. And she is currently resting at home.”

From the hospital side, they have given instructions for Kang MinKyung to rest for 2 weeks for her neck injury.

Meanwhile, before the car accident, it was originally planned for Davichi to release a new minialbum end of this month, but the album has now been pushed to be released in mid-April.

Davichi Kang MinKyung was chosen as #1 for the one “whose face age the most”.

On KBS Star Golden Bell aired on 12th December, the guest appearances present have all voted Kang MinKyung as the one with “those face that age the most”.

Secret member Jeon HyoSeong said, “Kang MinKyung is 89-er and 1 year younger than me. At first, I thought she is an unnie since she is a seonbae and is taller than me. But turned out that she is younger.”

SES member Shoo said, “The way I see it, I think Kang MinKyung and I are from the same family tree. Her little little moments are all similar to mine.”

Voted at #2 was Jung Juri. Jung Juri said, “I debuted at 21. From then I was being called a housewife.” Lee SooGeun added, “That’s the kind of face you will not get tired of even if you look at it in 10 years.”

Davichi first concert to be hold at AX Hall in Seoul on 24th December

They said, "Any and all musicians dream of a concert where they can just give it their all. It's been 2 years since our debut and now that we're finally able to fulfill that dream, we're a very happy team. Christmas is also a season of bountiful joy. We plan to make sure that we don't make anyone regret the date we chose to perform so we're preparing very hard. We wish to share this with many people."

Davichi's first concert, 'The Premiere', will be on Christmas Eve and tickets will go for sale on the 20th.

Female vocal duo Davichi will be singing for the OST to upcoming KBS drama ‘My Fair Lady’ featuring Yoon EunHye, Jung Il Woo, and Yoon SangHyun etc

With the great anticipating and topic raised with this comeback drama by Yoon EunHye, much most interests are diverted to it with news that Davichi will be singing for the drama OST.

The song that Davichi will sing for the OST is named ‘Hot Stuff’.

2nd Star Donation Meteor concert,SHINee&2PM and many more

Artistes will come together for the 2nd ‘Star Donation Meteor’ concert. The 1st of this concert was held last October and was aired on KBS as ‘Korea is 1 Family’.

And for this concert, the performing artistes like SHINee, 2PM, 2AM, Davichi, Jo Sung Mo, Lee Jung Hyun, ChaeYeon, TaeGoon, Bae Seul Gi, After School, Park Hyun Bin, Drunken Tiger, Yoo Mi Rae, Tei, LeeSsang etc.

5 member girl group KARA member Jung Nicole (18) also advertised her mom's newly opened ramen house in Seoul KangNam-gu YeokSa-dong on her mini homepage. She wrote last April 27, "My mom's Ramen Restaurant^^ Its really delicious, so please come."

The fans also helped out by spreading the word online. Those who were already able to eat in the restaurant also posted pictures of the signed autographs and polaroids of celebrities who also visited the ramen house which included the KARA members, TVXQ's Hero Jaejoong, Davichi, Norajo's Jobin and Shin Hye Sung.

It has been revealed that the 9-member girl group SNSD have been a huge hit on online music stores this first few months of the year.

According to documents that the music portal site KTF Doshirak revealed to MoneyToday StarNews on the 19th, SNSD's Gee has placed first in the total number of overall pop song downloads between January and April.

SNSD's Gee, which has been presented online beginning of January, was the number 1 download in January and February. In March, the song was third, and between January and February, it was placed number 1 overall. SNSD's minialbum with Gee has sold over 100 000 copies (their company's standard total) and it has reeled in a fairly large sum offline, as well.

On the other hand, according to KTF Doshirak, the female duo Davichi's "8282" was in first place in March and BigBang&2NE1's "Lollipop" was first place in April.

The CM song ‘Lollipop’ sung by Big Bang and 2NE1 is up #1 on Mnet chart for the 4th consecutive week.

The song topped the chart again for the 4th week of April on 28th April.

Super Junior’s ‘Sorry Sorry’ which was up at #2 for 5 weeks is down at #3 with Davichi’s ‘My Man’ taking over the #2 spot.
