Eun Ji Won explained, “I’ve been working with them for a while, and I often thought that if the three of us came together as a group, we’d be able to pursue the type of music we wanted to. We’re all passionate about the same genre of music, which was the basis for us getting together.”

He continued, “This project album won’t feature any of the auto-tune and hooks that are so popular with mainstream music. Instead, we’ll be writing and composing everything in order to produce something unique to ourselves.”

Eun Jin Won revealed that he didnt have any contrat with the company when he was in Sechskies

Eun Ji Won recently revealed that he had no contract with his company when he was in the old school group Sechskies.

During the broadcast of SBS “Night After Night”, Eun Ji Won shockingly revealed, “While I was in Sechskies, I didn’t have any contract with the company.”

He added, “It was actually a lot scarier to not have a contract. Even though the door was open for any of the members to leave at any time, we knew that we couldn’t just leave.”

On the other hand, Kim Tae Woo revealed his contract with his company when he was in old school group, g.o.d as he proudly stated, “I think g.o.d had the best contract back then.” The episode aired on the 28th at 11:15pm.

Eun Jiwon revelead why Sechs Kies group disbanded

The former group leader of old-school boy band, Sechs Kies, revealed why the group disbanded while making an appearance on KBS 2TV’s “100 Points out of 100.”

Eun Ji Won confessed, “During the time that I was promoting as the leader of Sechs Kies, I brought up the topic of disbandment to my group first. I felt that it was an appropriate time to leave, as we were still receiving love and applause from the public and our fans.”

He continued, “I knew that we all felt the same way, but it was difficult for the topic to be brought up, which is why I just went ahead and asked to disband while we were doing well.”

The other castmates asked why he cried during Sechs Kies’ last stage on May 20, 2000, to which Eun Ji Won replied, “We were disbanding in order to help each other do better, but seeing my fans cry, I began to wonder whether we should have gone longer. But after realizing that those fans might disappear someday, I was more determined in my decision.”

Eun Ji Won suggested that the losing team shave their heads. The competition got more fierce and in the end, Eun Ji Won and MC Mong lost.

Former leader of Sechskies and forever Choding of 1 Night 2 Days, Eun Ji Won will finally be tying the knot with his girlfriend! “Eun Ji Won has decided to finally marry and is currently preparing for the ceremony,” a related source revealed on the 17th.

Eun Ji Won first met and dated his fiancée, Lee, in 1994 during his studies abroad in Hawaii, and reunited just March of last year, when their lost love bloomed once again. Lee, currently working as a businesswoman, is well-known for not only being crowned as Miss Hawaii, but because Korea’s national soccer player, Lee Dong Gook, is her brother-in-law.

Eun Ji Won's comeback for his 5th album 'Platonic'

Fans can expect a brand new hip hop single with an electronic flair with his comeback single, Siren. In addition to the new sound, fans can also look forward to some strong hip hop moves, showcasing in particular his signature "point" dance. The album consists of 11 songs altogether, all of which possess lyrics and compositions done by Eun Ji Won himself. Several legendary artists like Tiger JK and Mr. Typhoon will be featured in this album as well, so you know it will be a pretty solid album.

Platonic will drop on December 10.

Eun Ji Won scared of his fans

Eun Ji Won was one of the guests on today's episode of Star Golden Bell where he confessed his fear of his fans.

He was asked what he was afraid of when he used to be an idol. He said, "My fans. When I didn't act the way they wanted me to, I felt like I would die."

He continued, "For example, when I had a weird hairstyle my fans would be like, 'Why did he do that?' and 'Why would he ever do his hair in such an ugly style?' It was scary." Then the MC's mentioned that idols are usually afraid of antis, scandals, and weirdly captured photos. Eun Ji Won said, "I was not afraid of anti fans at all. I don't look at anti fans' comments. I only read comments made by the fans that loved me."

The MC's said to him, "There had to be at lease one time when you saw a mean comment." Eun Ji Won replied, "By an accident I saw a comment that said, 'What are you?'"

SHINee's Key 'I dont see Eun Ji Won as celebrity'

On an episode of Star Golden Bell, SHINee's Key expressed his thoughts towards Eun Ji Won on a segment called Star Golden Bell Image Vote. The voting topic was "Who never looks like a celebrity?". Out of the 20 celebrity choices, Key was the only one who voted for Eun Ji Won. Now, how would a former leader of the mighty idol group of Sechskies not look like a celebrity to this rookie?

"Eun Ji Won was really charismatic back in the old days. However, when I watch 1 Night 2 Days these days, it looks like the cameras are just filming a plain old neighbor. Eun Ji Won feels more like a big brother to me than a celebrity."

Eun Ji Won,reply, "I want to dress and look nice too when I go to my 1 Night 2 Days filming, but after the two days, I end up looking dull and normal again. People walking by me always ask if I am back from my filming when I just walk around in normal clothes."

On this week's broadcast of KBS2's Imagine More. He said that he always sends his girlfriend photos of beautiful scenery that he encounters when he travels around for the filming of 1N2D / 1 Night 2 Days by taking pictures of them on his cellphone camera.

He explained, "After a very tiring day of filming, I was talking to my girlfriend and I complained to her about how exhausted I was. And she just replied to me coldly by saying, 'You get to travel around to so many nice places, so what are you complaining about?!' I was so sad because she wouldn't console me!"
At this, Lee Soo-geun (who was also starring on the show), replied, "Whenever I send my wife cellphone photos of nice scenery, she only replies by saying, 'Who are you kidding?' so..."

Eun Ji Won,will getting married next year?

On a fall special of 1N2D, Eun Ji Won announced, "I'm thinking of getting married in the second half of next year." To this, the rest of the members responded by exclaiming, "Isn't this an exclusive?!" But Eun Ji Won shot them down by confessing, "I said this last year too."

Eun Ji Won also stated, "I'm going to be a family-caring man after I get married. I'm going to respect my wife." Fellow 1N2D member, Lee Soo Keun replied, "Everyone thinks that before they get married. But a person who broke that is Kang Ho Dong." Kang Ho Dong shot back, "Because I respect my wife, I don't go home a lot."

Eun Ji Won is currently dating someone who is known as 'Ms. Lee'. She was reported to have been Eun Ji Won's first love and their love goes back all the way to the 90's. Apparently, they met when Eun Ji Won went overseas to study abroad in Hawaii in 1994. They dated while he was in Hawaii but had to break up when he moved back to Korea to pursue his dream. The couple then rekindled their love after 12 years when Ms. Lee came to Korea and have been dating ever since.
