Music Core is preparing a special overseas concert ! for their 50th anniversary

One promotional post was seen on a Japanese fansite stating,”On May 14th, MBC will be holding a 50th anniversary Show! Music Core 2011 at Tokyo’s Saitama Super Arena.” The promotional post goes on to list TVXQ, SHINee, B2ST, 4minute, f(x), and 2AM as the line-up.

Representatives of MBC stated, “There haven’t been any detailed statements made regarding our overseas concert, but it is currently in discussion.”

BEAST dismisses rumours of 1st minialbum promotions coming to an end soon

Group BEAST dismisses rumours that they will be ending promotions for their first minialbum.

Fans have raised their concerns if the group will be ending their 1st minialbum promotions earlier since it has been announced that their company Cube Entertainment had partnered up with Universal music for their Asian promotions, which will start with promotions in Taiwan. The rumours that it is their goodbye stage have surfaced for every of the group’s music show appearance.

But it has been assured that BEAST will continue with the promotions for the time being. There are also activities plans for the group even after they start their Taiwanese promotions on the 23rd.

The group is currently until spotlight for selling over 20K album copies in just 3 months into their debut. This is phenomenal results for a rookie group, and after their ‘Mystery’ promotions, about 5000 more orders for their album productions have been sent in.

Not only that, the group members have also shown their various charms and capabilities on broadcast show and have received good reviews for that.

BEAST and 4Minute have also been said to be 2 of the aspiring newcomers in Asia on Billboard.

B2ST Changed their name from B2ST to Beast

For fans who visit BEAST's website, you will notice that instead of 'Boys 2 Search for Top (B2ST)', it has now been changed to 'Boys of East Standing Tall'. Though this may seem like a dramatic change in English, in Korean, "2" is pronounced as "ee", so "B2ST" and "BEAST" are actually pronounced the same way.

Jang HyunSeung then commented, “I don’t know when JiYoung prepared for this. But I’m really touched by him giving strength like a real brother. Looks like he will be watching the first broadcast, this gives me strength.”

B2ST,Jang HyunSeung talked about his eliminated from group Big Bang

B2ST is set to debut mid-October, and Jang HyunSeung revealed through their documentary MTV ‘B2ST’ about the pain of being eliminated from Big Bang.

He said, “When I was eliminated (from Big Bang), it was really a hard time for me. When I’m alone, I feel really lonely. But to me, those were the times which gave me the motivation to live life eagerly. They became very precious memories to me.”


He also added, “If not for then, there will not be me now. I had memories with Big Bang, but when people say that ‘Now you are like enemies’, it came to me as frustrating.”
