Epik High Tablo expressed his sadness for Koyote Bbaek Ga

Epik High Tablo expressed his sadness for friend Koyote Bbaek Ga who has recently been diagnosed of brain tumour.

He wrote on MapTheSoul.com on 11th December a post titled ‘Pray’. In the post he wrote, “A precious friend of mine is sick. Let’s all pray for him together.”

The friend whom Tablo was referring to was none other than Bbaek Ga. Bbaek Ga was recently involved in a minor car accident. After the accident, he had complained of headaches, and was sent to Seoul University Hospital for brain examinations where he was diagnosed of brain tumour. He has been scheduled for an operation.

He recently entered the military for his service in October.

Epik High Tablo marry on 26th October at 2pm

Hip hop group Epik High member Tablo will be holding his wedding with actress Kang HyeJung on 26th October at 2pm.

Previously in September, Tablo announced on Epik High’s official website MapTheSoul the news of Kang HyeJung’s pregnancy and also news that the couple will be getting married within this year. And the date of their wedding has been chosen.

Initially with Epik High releasing their new album and doing promotions, it is hard to decide on their wedding date. But recently with the news of member DJ Tukutz’s wedding and military enlistment news, Epik High will be saying goodbye for now as Tukutz enlist for military service, and hence Tablo can more decide on the wedding date more freely.

The news of their wedding date was known through Tablo’s close friend Gil. Gil said on tvN ENews on 9th October, “Tablo and Kang HyeJung will be holding their wedding on 26th October.”

Meanwhile, member DJ Tukutz will be getting married with his girlfriend, 2 years older than him, on 13th October and will enlist for military service on 15th October.

Kim TaeWoo and FTTS Brian change date album because of GDragon

Epik High Tablo was on first episode of SBS ‘Strong Heart’ aired on 6th October when he said, “I was relieved that the album went up to #1 as soon as it was released.”

He revealed that the staff from his company had then went to prepare reports about the album sales. But when the reports were done, the very next day, the #1 place for album sales went to Lee Seung Gi, and we have to change our report.”

Tablo said, “I was speechless, and told the staff to change the #1 on the reports before distributing them. No choice, we have to change it to ‘a day before on album release day’ last minute and distributed the reports.”

After Tablo said that, singer Kim TaeWoo also said, “Before I released my album, I heard about the news of Big Bang GDragon releasing his solo album, and I pushed back my album release date.”

And Fly To The Sky Brian added, “That is why I decided to release mine in December.”

But after he was told that Big Bang member TOP will be releasing his solo album in December, he gave a disappointed look, causing laughter in the filming set.

Meanwhile, the 1st episode of ‘Strong Heart’ was aired on 6th October.

Epik High Tablo and Kang Hye Jung baby's name is a secret !

Soon-to-be parents, Epik High member Tablo and actress Kang Hye-jung, say their baby's name is a secret between only the two of them, and that no one else knows it.

Tablo made an ambitious appearance for his fiancee on the challenging quiz program "1 to 100" on KBS2.

When asked about their baby's name on the show, he said, "It's a secret between the two of us which none of my band or family members know about."

On Sep. 5, the couple announced news of Kang's pregnancy and wedding plans. The actress is six weeks pregnant.

On the show, Tablo said, "When I saw her for the first time, I knew that I'd be with her all my life. It wasn't only me. My band members and she also felt that fateful connection," stressing they were a perfect match.

Asked about how he proposed, he said, "I wrote a song, a one and only song for her alone."

A graduate of Stanford University, Tablo is known for his intelligence with an IQ of 180. On "1 to 100," he made it all the way through level 9 but failed at level 10.

Epik High's Tablo and his girlfriend, Kang Hye Jung, announced today that they are going to get married this coming October! And to add a little spice to this hot news, they are expecting a baby as well!


Kang HyeJung’s company said on the 5th, “It is true that Kang HyeJung is 5 weeks pregnant. She is happy with the news. She will be focusing on her upcoming movie which started filming from August and then comes October she will prepare for her wedding and pregnancy. After the wedding, she will be taking some time off from celebrity activities. But after giving birth, she will be back again.”

Tablo also revealed on the 5th, “I will reveal 2 pieces of news which are like a dream to me. I will be marrying HyeJung, whom I’ve fallen in love with at first sight this Autumn. And also for us, we will be welcoming a pretty baby next mid-year, I’ll be a father. We have plans to get married next year but with this piece of good news recently, we’ve decided to do it early.”
