Bada,her mother passed away yesterday. R.I.P

On February 19th, representatives of singer Bada revealed that her mother passed away earlier this morning after battling lung cancer for the past year.

Bada is currently at her mother’s wake with mourners at the Catholic University of Korea Bucheon St. Mary’s Hospital, and the coffin will be borne out on the 21st.

Bada’s brother, Choi Sung Wook, commented, “I believe that she’s gone to a better place. Bada will be returning to her schedule after the funeral because of her obligations in her contract. She’ll be recovering as fast as possible to resume her activities, as that is what our mother would want as well.”

Because of her sudden death, Bada will be re-scheduling her activities with her musical, “Legally Blonde,” for the duration of the funeral, but will be returning to her normal schedule afterward until March 20th.

Shoo reveals more wedding pictures with Eugene and Bada HQ

Bada's holding an end of the year concert on 30-31st of December

Bada’s agency explained that the concert manufacturing and contract has been concluded and are currently in the stage of discussing how to decorate the stage of the year-end concert.

In addition, for the Dec 30,31 year-end concert the ticketing will be opened at each site on the coming 18th and it will be unfolded at the SungKyunKwan University 600th anniversary memorial Hall.

S.E.S Bada her favourite male idol singer is from Big Bang T.O.P

On October 10th's episode of SBS's "Kim Jung Eun's Chocolate," former S.E.S leader Bada and former Chakra leader Hwang Bo have revealed each of their favorite idol groups and members.

During the show, MC Kim Jung Eun asked both idols, "Do you have interest in any hoobae male idol singer these days?" Hwang Bo seemed to hesitate for a few seconds before responding, but then she answered by choosing Big Bang's T.O.P. Bada offered a much different answer and responded, "I like them all, but I have an interest in female idols."

Bada's response had embarrassed Hwang Bo as she replied in honesty. To cover her embarrassing moment, she quickly replied, "I like girl groups the most too! SNSD rocks!!" After her sudden outburst, the crowd was roaring with laughter.

Bada official homepage shutdown because of 2PM Taecyeon?

It has been revealed that Bada's offical homepage "Hello Bada," has had temporarily shutdowns recently due to numerous complaints from fans about her performance on KBS 2TV's Music Bank on the 9th.

The fans complained that, "Her performance of 'Yes I'm in Love' was much too short compared to the original."

A related source from Bada's agency stated on the 10th, "It was not shortened because of the amount of time that the show had left. ... The original recording had 2PM member, Taecyeon featured in it, so in order for the original full song to be performed, they needed to perform together. But because 2PM's activities are currently being restrained, Taecyeon's rapping part had to be deleted therefore Bada's solo parts were rearranged, which caused the song to be shortened."

8eight Lee Hyun is a huge SES fan

The leader of 8eight appeared on SBS '1000 Song Challenge' as one of celebrity guests in attendance and was paired up Bada (SES), who was once a part of the phenomenal SES girl group trio.

It was during the episode that Lee Hyun made his confession shyly: "I used to be a huge SES fan back in the day. I was even an active member of their fanclub."

When such confessions about male or female idol groups are made, it is almost always followed by the inevitable question: "Who is your favorite member?"

Falling victim to this question, Lee Hyun answered, "I was a fan of Eugene," disappointing the present SES leader while creating laughter amongst the audience.

He added, "Eugene, in particular, had a striking resemblance to my ideal woman's physical appearance: Olivia Hussey."

S.E.S members Bada,Eugene and Shoo support each other

S.E.S members Bada, Eugene and Shoo has come together again.

Bada posted up new photos on her minihompy on 10th August of her taken together with Shoo and Eugene. The 2 of them had showed up at MBC Music Core to show support for Bada’s comeabck stage.

The photos show the 3 of them still very close together after their debut as group S.E.S more than 10 years ago. Bada also thanked Eugene who performed on stage together with her, “Eugene ah, thank you so much for the cool performance. Your stage manners are ‘jjang(best)’. I should learn from you too.”

And also to Shoo who showed at the dressing room back stage to Music Core, “Even though you were down with flu, you came and I was very touched. Unnie has prepared flu medicine, panacea and tiger palm at home.”

Meanwhile, Bada recently released her 4th comeback album and is promoting the title song ‘Mad’.
