Each year there is a "First Half of the Year Syndrome" song and a "Second Half of the Year Syndrome" song. Earlier this year the 9 member girl group SNSD / Girls' Generation took the kpop world by storm with their ever-so-addictive song Gee and sexy choreography, creating the "First Half of the Year Syndrome." Now critics are wondering whether or not After School's latest single could be the second!

Because of You has been holding onto the number 1 spot on the online charts, beating out debuts and comebacks from both YG and JYP artists. It's hard enough to hold onto the number 1 spot even for a week, but these girls have been at it for a while.
