On MBC's variety show, "World Changing Quiz," Han Seungyeon confessed, "I had my first kiss when I was 20 years old." and MC Lee Hwi Jae asked, "So have you never been in a relationship before your debut?"
The singer replied, "Truthfully, I have never been in a relationship before my debut. My first boyfriend was not a celebrity, instead, he was just a regular college student."
She also added, "As of now, we don't keep in touch because as time passed by, due to the fact that I had debuted changed both of our lives and our way of thinking."
