Ukiss Dongho's pant was stolen by some one else

NH Media talked about a hilarious, if not slightly disturbing incident from U-Kiss’ first comeback performance this week. It turns out that moments before the boys were to go on stage, Dongho’s clothes were discovered to be missing!

On April 2nd, representatives commented, “Right before the recording for Mnet’s ‘M! Countdown‘ on March 31st, Dongho’s pants were stolen, which caused a chaotic scene. Because it was an emergency, we had to contact the production center and ask them to quickly make his pants again. Fortunately, we were able to complete the recording on time.”

U-Kiss’ upbeat ballad, "0330", has been earning a fantastic response from the public and is doing excellently on the charts, proving that the group’s departure from auto-tune and hook songs is working in their favor.

“Bran New Kiss” ranked first on album charts and is even receiving orders from overseas.

Ukiss Dongho said ' I lost about 70,000 followers on Twitter'

With their comeback ahead of them, U-Kiss underwent a member change recently. Alexander and Kibum have left the group, and AJ (Kim Jae Seop) and Hoon (Yeo Hoon Min) have been added. After receiving backlash from the fans, Dongho, Soohyun and other members have revealed their feelings through Twitter.

In Dongho’s latest interview with Newsen, he revealed, “Although I am not affected by negative comments written about me, I care about the negative comments written about our group. Instead of keeping quiet and not saying anything to the fans, I decided that it would be better to take a step out, so I posted on Twitter.”

“It was not like this when Kiseop hyung joined the group. Maybe they’re doing this because they cannot see Alexander and Kibum hyung. For the members as well as the fans, I think we all need some time, so I wrote that ‘all 9 members are a family’. After the change in members, I lost about 70, 000 followers on Twitter.”

U-Kiss, born again with the new members, are currently recording their new album. AJ, who has been in the same company, has practiced with the members before their debut. A pre-debut video of Soohyun and AJ dancing together has also attracted a lot of attention. Dongho said that the first time he met Yeo Hoon Min was when they were working on the album. “Han Seok Jun hyung (KBS announcer) called me. He told me he was worried. We are all working hard.”

We asked Dongho about his interests lately. “After my birthday, I will get my identification card”, he answered excitedly. Dongho, who started broadcasting activities in middle school, said, “I want to get my driving license quickly. I’m the only one who doesn’t have my own space. Of course I have my own room, but not the entire house is mine. I like cars, so I have thought of my dream cars for different ages. When I’m in my twenties, I want to drive a sports car. In my thirties to forties, I want to drive a Porsche Cayennes or a BMW. When I’m 50, my dream car is Rolls Royce and a Mercedes ‘Maybach’.”

Besides his big dream cars, there is something else that Dongho is excited about. Dongho’s brother, who is 10 years older than him, will finish his studies in China this summer and return to Korea. Since his brother left to study overseas immediately after serving in the army, they have not been able to live together for almost 7 years. “He must have been so lonely in China. Although we have a lot of fun together when my hyung comes back to Korea once in a while, it is always too short. When I think about my hyung coming back, I’m really happy.”

Dongho is a regular in MBC’s 2011 Wed-Thurs drama, ‘Royal Family’ and he will make his first appearance in a movie, earning himself the title of an ‘acting-dol’. He is also part of the pretty-boy idols on SBS’ ‘Star King’ together with 2PM’s Nickhun and SHINee’s Minho.

“In the past, I relieved stress by being part of ‘Invincible Baseball’ and through ‘Star King’, I get to experience a whole new world. Not long ago, I listened to guitarist Kim Kwang Suk play Kim Hyun Shik’s music. After that, I fell in love with folk songs. When I listen to those songs, it gives me a somewhat healing feeling.”

Singer, actor, entertainer. Within just 3 years of his debut, Dongho is well-versed in all these areas. Look forward to Dongho’s stream of activities in 2011.

Ukiss Dongho said 'Please support all of ukiss members includes Kibum and Alexander Hyung'

Dongho took to his Twitter on March 8th to ask his fans for their continued love and support. He tweeted:

“It’s been a while. First of all, I’d like to apologize for the uncomfortable news that our fans had to hear.

But for our loving Alexander and Kibum hyung! I request that you continue to give them your love and interest. And as for our AJ hyung and Hoon Min hyung, who will now be leading U-KISS with us, I ask that you give them your encouragement and love. I love you all.

I know that our fans are so very upset right now, but Xander hyung, Kibum hyung, and even our new AJ hyung and Hoon Min hyung are all family members under U-KISS! Please don’t be too upset, and please continue to support us!

UKISS Dongho will be featured in MBC 'Royal Family'

U-KISS’s Dongho has been expanding his acting career lately through two movie appearances, and he’s just added one more item to his resume. The idol was recently cast into MBC’s “Royal Family“, through which he’ll make his debut in the drama industry.

According to the drama’s production company, Dongho will be playing the role of ‘Jo Byung Jun’, the son of the two leading roles. He’s described to be a smart but cold character who becomes accepted at Harvard University. Despite his achievements, he’s a hard-headed teen who will do anything to ensure himself a brighter future, even going so far as to ask his own mother to give up her parental rights.

The main character is Lee Mi-yeon.This drama is about love,ambitions, and betrayals. This drama is directed by Kim Do-hoon who also hitted Queen Seon-deok. It'll be aired on the first week of March 2011.

On the upcoming episode of SBS’s Quiz Sixth Sense, U-Kiss‘ Dongho revealed that he is weak against girls!

During the show, the topic of “How to win in a talk fight against your girlfriend” was brought up.

In this discussion, Dongho revealed, “When I have a talk fight against female friends, I always lose. … Like other kids my age, I sometimes tease female students. But every time I start, it ends into a talk fight against them.”

He then gave a message to females in general and said, “Males tease females if they like them. Please don’t react very negatively to this.”

Cast member Kim Chang Ryeol then joked, “There’s a rumor that Dongho teases all the girls in his class,” to which Dongho responded by shaking his head with an unfair expression.

This new show, Raising an Idol, will be shown through a cable channel and the first filming is set for the 5th.

In response to the news of this new variety show, fans have been commenting, “What kind of program is ‘Raising an Idol’?” “It’s not another program where they date girls, right?” and “I’m looking forward to seeing them on a variety show.”

U-Kiss members Dongho and Soohyun were on MBC’s Shik Shin Expedition on the 26th where during the episode, Kim Shin Young asked the two which group they had interest in and Soohyun answered f(x).

When asked if a certain member caught their eyes, the two raised their hands together and said, “Sulli.” Dongho said, “Sulli and I are of the same age… do you think it’ll be ok?”

Kim Shin Young teased the two and asked if they wanted her to get her on air, getting Dongho all excited.

When Kim Shin Young asked, “Do you talk to her on the phone?” Dongho didn’t say a word and just smiled, nodding his head bashfully.

UKiss member, DongHo got a tongue burn during a filming. However, his tongue burn wasn’t the simple kind of tongue burns you can get from drinking hot coffee or tea.

DongHo and KiBum were filming for the MBC food program, where they were looking for the rare restaurants that served food made from porcupine and deer in Seoul. However, when DongHo took a sip from the deer soup, he started to show signs of pain with his tongue sticking out. Then HyunYoung who was watching DongHo suffer from the pain told everyone else and then others around them were shocked.

DongHo was got a severe tongue burn from drinking the soup with the spoon that had been used to stir the soup while it cooked in the hot heat. Other people filming with him couldn’t stop feeling sorry for DongHo’s puffed up white tongue. It is later said that he had to keep on drinking cold water.

Ukiss Dongho was rushed to the Emergency room last week

During the filming of KBS 2TV Invincible Baseball, which was held on the 20th - 22nd, Dongho participated in a baseball match with the other cast members of the show in Jeju Island.

All was going well until Dongho returned to the dormitory after the first baseball game on the 21st, complaining of stomach pains. He was rushed to the emergency room on the 22nd and immediately received an IV injection.

A representative from his agency said, "Dongho must have felt pressured about the match ... He had enteritis."


Although the U-Kiss member was absent from the filming for Invincible Baseball on the 22nd, he is feeling much better now and his regular activities will resume as planned. In a recent encounter with some reporters, Dongho even reassured them with a bright smile, "I am fine now."
