DJ Tukutz uploaded a picture of him in uniform and ended on a cheery note saying, "This may be early but everyone, Merry Christmas~! Please enjoy the concert without me~ I'll be there with you all in spirit^^"

DJ Tukutz,send a message to us from military service

The letter went up on Epik High's website (mapthesoul.com) that read:

"To all the fans who were worried about the alcohol and cigarettes, there's none of that here, so my body is getting a lot healthier. After my mailing address was released / published last week, I've been receiving a lot of letters and I'm ever so grateful for them. I've realized, to a soldier, letters are the 2nd most important thing after food."


Tukutz added:

"I haven't seen it yet, but I've heard my military training photo has been released. How is it? Is it strange? I'm still in training, so I may look a bit awkward, but as I develop as a soldier, I will show more distinguished and cooler photos."

Epik High,DJ Tukutz said goodbye went to military service

Epik High member, DJ Tukutz begun his mandatory military service for the nation as he reported for enlistment this morning at the 306 reserve army unit in Euijeongbu on 15th October.

Having only gotten married just two days ago to his wife, DJ Tukutz was sent off by his Epik High members, Tablo and Mithra plus fans who wished him well. DJ Tuktuz expressed, "I am sorry that I couldn't spend more time with my wife before my enlistment. But the marriage was something that I had promised her and so we got married."

DJ Tukutz will receive five weeks of basic military service before he will get posted to an active army unit. Koyote member, Bbaek Ga was also enlisted today as well.

Epik High DJ Tukutz is getting married soon !

Here's what he wrote:

"I'd like to tell you the happiest news of my life. I will finally get to make my "Stand By Me" promise with my first love whom I've known for 10 years. Even if people may see this as an inconvenience (to my fiance), I've decided to make a lifelong promise to the girl I love. I, Kim Jun Sik, am getting married."

Star News had a telephone interview with representatives of Epik High who stated that DJ Tukutz military service request came all of a sudden, so they're rushing the marriage. Originally, the plan was to get married after Tablo and Kang Hye Jung, but because of the notice of sudden military service, they decided to rush the marriage.

The only single member left for Epik High is Mithra Jin but if the trend continues, he should be married soon.
