A couple of weeks ago during the show 'Pops in Seoul' Eli announced that he was going to take his driving test.
Many idols have previously taken it, but weren't able to get their license at the end.
However Eli posted a comment on his twitter account telling fans that he passed the test. Now that he has license he also made a special request, and asked fans who would buy him a car.
