” Hangeng’s entire court case includes 2 parts. The first part is that the judge could announce that part of the contract is invalid before announcing the termination of contract. This is to protect Hangeng’s rights & interests and to prevent SME from delaying the case. It may also allow Hangeng to have a certain amount of freedom before the case ends (to “frozen” the effects of the contract). The other part is to terminate the contract. Also, the case may last for a longer period of time because of the complexity of the case and contract.
