During a recent b-boy event, Jaebeom expressed longing and appreciation to his fans.
On January 31st, Jaebeom performed at a b-boy event in Seattle with his b-boy team AOM (Art Of Movement). AOM participated in this event because it won first place at the Winter Night b-boy competition that took place in Seattle last December. At the event, Jaebeom was seen wearing a black t-shirt, which was a present from Korean fans. A video of the event is posted below (Jaebeom is b-boying from 1:50~2:25 and 3:38~4:03):
Fans who saw videos of the event on 2PM fan cafes commented, “Jaebeom is expressing his longing and gratitude for fans through his performance.” Additionally, an AOM team member recently tweeted, “It seems that Jaebeom wants to return to Korea. How are things over in Korea?”
In the meantime, Hottests are taking action in hopes of Jaebum’s return. They are currently boycotting 2PM related products and will also be submitting a questionnaire about Jaebeom to JYP Entertainment. A JYP representative stated, “Like SunMi’s case, misunderstandings can be resolved with communication with fans. Hence we will do our best to answer 2PM fan club’s questions. There are many misunderstandings from fans. We hope to use this questionnaire to clear any misunderstanding[s] about Jaebeom’s case.”
