On Kang Shim Jang shown this past Tuesday night, Jang Nara had said, "Whenever my movie's funds went low, I would have to go to China to get some more money."
An apology statement was posted on her Chinese blog, "We are truly sorry to all those Chinese fans that felt offended by what Jang Nara said. The fact that she only went to China for money was just in the subtitle, it wasn't what Nara actually said. After years of working in China, she has fallen in love with the country. China is her second home."
A Chinese press said, "Recently, lots of Korean stars have been coming to China to work. Her excuse made sense but I'm sure it was to earn money. She said on the show that she came to China when she was running out of money. This conflict is definitely a problem regarding her status as a Hallyu star."

as printed above it was the WRONG subtilties that said that. But depite anyone who knows both chinese and korean being able to confirm this, the Chinese press have consistently ignored this part of the story and write that is what Jang Nara said rather than pointing out it was in fact an error on the TV shows part in putting up wrong Chinese subtitles.{the show Brave Heart was very quick to duck out of the line of fire and leave Jang Nara hanging and taking blame for their error} It has only been recently and a lot of hard work on Jang Nara's part has the Chinese press started to actually write the correct facts and now it called a 'misunderstanding' rather than misappropriating scandal.
