Another,about SHINee Mini album copycats?

So,you know about their mini album comeback 'Romeo'.The song is very similar with corbin bleu.Now another an issue coming up,SHINEE,'hit me' ith the original song being "Bad Case" by Jackie Boyz.The question is,how long the SM will do this to our lovely boy SHINee? Well,I didnt blame the SM,but why should they do this ? I like SHINee first album,its pretty awesome !
